Terms and Conditions

• I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to enrollment in yoga classes offered by SOLSTICE YOGA and MEDITATION and to receive approval to participate. I have no medical condition that would prevent my participation in these classes.

• I understand that if a medical concern arises it is my responsibility to disclose that information to SOLSTICE YOGA and MEDITATION.

• I understand that yoga is a physical activity that can cause strenuous and series injury can occur. I assume full responsibility for any risks, condition, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might incur or aggravate, as a result of participating with SOLSTICE YOGA and MEDITATION.

• I waive and release any and all claims for damages I may have against SOLSTICE YOGA and MEDITATION, its owner/instructor, and/or the landlord on any premises at which it may operate, for any and all injuries or damages suffered while engaging in the practice.

•  I grant SOLSTICE YOGA and MEDITATION, its representatives and employees the right to take photographs and videos of me and my property in connection with the above-identified purposes. I authorize SOLSTICE YOGA and MEDITATION, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that SOLSTICE YOGA and MEDITATION may use such photographs and videos of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content. I hereby waive the right to receive any payment for signing this release and waive the right to receive any payment for SOLSTICE YOGA and MEDITATION use of any of the material described above for any of the purposes authorized by this release. 

• I agree that this Agreement may be signed electronically or agreed to by having you click SIGN WAIVER, the effect of which will be the same as if I signed the Agreement by hand and the intention of which is that both parties desire to be bound by all the terms of the Agreement.

• By electronic signature I, agree that I have read this Waiver and fully understand its contents and voluntarily agree to be bound by all of its terms.
