A restorative 45 minute practice to cultivate the art of just ‘being'. No crazy poses. No music. No nonsense. Just you - giving yourself a time-out to rest deeply. If you love a good bath, this class is for you! Surrender completely, allowing prana - your vital life energy to flow around you and bathe the body in nourishment. Class concludes with a 15 minute yoga nidra.
Supplied props are used to support the body as you relax, breathe, and soften into yoga postures that are held for longer times. Dress comfortably and warmly.
